  • Organization committee: the chair, vice chair and eight members, with the conference secretariat.
  • Scientific committee: twenty-one academics from Turkey, Germany, Italy, Norway, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the United Kingdom.
  • Honorary committee: the archived page carried the heading only, without any names.
