Four hotels in central Barcelona were suggested to participants.

The 2016 site listed four alternative hotels, all on or near Gran Via and the Fira de Barcelona fairground.

  • Ayre Hotel Gran Vía, in the centre of Barcelona
  • Pestana Arena Barcelona Hotel, next to the Fira halls
  • Hotel Azul (Blue Hotel Barcelona), a three-star hotel on Gran Vía about 200 metres from Plaça d'Espanya
  • B-Hotel, 84 rooms across six floors near the centre

The site gave no address for the conference venue itself, and its social-programme page only said the details would follow. Old addresses for the venue, social-activities and contact pages lead here or to the archive note. The 2018 meeting listed the Yunus Emre Institute in Amsterdam as its venue, see the 2018 overview.
