Paper guidelines

Abstracts of 150-300 words, English or Turkish talks, and an 80 by 120 cm poster format.

Authors were asked to send an abstract of 150-300 words in English, written in MS Word and due before 1 July 2016. It had to state the aims and conclusions of the planned paper. The scientific committee picked the original contributions for presentation, and papers could be given in English or Turkish.

Oral presentations

Rooms had a projector and a computer, and slides had to be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint. A speaker had 10 to 20 minutes plus five minutes of discussion.

Poster presentations

Posters followed a template of 80 cm wide and 120 cm high. Presenters stood by their poster during the poster sessions to answer questions, and hung and took down the posters themselves.
